Phipps  Academy of Barbering formerly known as Ultimate Touch Barber College was founded in 2004, through an inspiration of reaching out to others, by sharing knowledge through both professional and personal experiences, providing guidance through instructional teaching and vocational training in the industry of Barbering. When the Executive Director of Ultimate Touch Barber College started cutting hair in the mid-1980s, his humble beginnings lead to a vision of striving toward excellence. Working hard, saving money, becoming a Master Barber and successful entrepreneur all of which allowed him to find his true passion; helping people, both individually and collectively, reach their full potential.
